Car Rental Delivery to Your Apartment, Airbnb or Villa in Mallorca

Your Rental Car Delivered Directly to Your Accommodation

Booked an apartment, Airbnb or private finca in Mallorca? Make your arrival easier by arranging a rental car delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.

With Aguilar Rentals, you can request convenient car delivery to your accommodation, so you don't have to travel to a traditional rental desk to collect your vehicle.

Whether you're staying in a city apartment in Palma, a seaside holiday rental, a private Airbnb or a peaceful finca in the Mallorcan countryside, we'll help you arrange a suitable vehicle handover.

Start your Mallorca holiday at your accommodation, with your rental car arranged around your plans.

Car Rental Delivery for Private Holiday Accommodation

Not every holiday property has a reception desk or a traditional check-in service. Private apartments, Airbnb properties and holiday homes often have their own arrival arrangements.

That's why planning your rental car handover in advance is important.

We can check delivery options for a range of accommodation types:

• Airbnb properties: Convenient for guests arranging their own check-in.
• Private apartments: Have your rental car delivered to an agreed location near your holiday apartment.
• Holiday rentals: A practical option for couples, families and longer stays.
• Private fincas: Ideal for exploring Mallorca's countryside and smaller villages.
• Holiday homes and villas: Arrange a suitable handover point in advance.

Delivery depends on the exact address, vehicle access and the agreed handover arrangements. Contact us before booking so we can check the options for your accommodation.

Car Rental with Key Box Handover

Arriving late or checking into your accommodation independently? Some private holiday rentals use a key box for self-check-in.

Where suitable and agreed in advance, a contactless or alternative vehicle handover may be possible.

We'll discuss the practical details with you, including:

• Where the vehicle can be parked safely and legally.
• How the vehicle keys will be handed over.
• Whether a personal handover or an alternative arrangement is available.
• When and where you can collect the vehicle.
• How the required rental documents and vehicle checks will be completed.

Please note: A key box at your accommodation does not automatically mean that your rental car keys can be left there. Key box or contactless vehicle handovers must be explicitly agreed and confirmed in advance.

By arranging these details beforehand, we can help avoid confusion when you arrive.

Rental Car Delivery to Private Fincas in Mallorca

Mallorca offers much more than Palma and its main holiday resorts. Many visitors stay in private fincas surrounded by olive groves, mountain scenery or peaceful countryside.

Having a rental car can make your stay more flexible, giving you the freedom to visit beaches, local markets, restaurants and traditional Mallorcan villages.

We are happy to check whether delivery to your finca is possible. The exact address, road access and a suitable vehicle handover location are important considerations.

For remote properties or locations with restricted access, we may suggest meeting at a convenient, accessible location nearby.

Car Hire for Airbnb and Apartments Across Mallorca

Staying in Palma, the southwest of Mallorca, the north of the island or one of its eastern resorts? Send us your accommodation address so we can check the available delivery options.

Delivery arrangements and any additional charges depend on the location. Please confirm the delivery point, time and price with us before finalizing your booking.

Whether you're visiting for a short break or a longer holiday, our goal is to make collecting your rental car as straightforward as possible.
